Re: Termination of Lease Agreement
Dear Mr. Flewelling,
The City will be terminating the lease agreement with you for land located at 28728 Green River
Road South Kent, WA 98031. The lease agreement requires 60 days notice to terminate.
Therefore, this lease will terminate at midnight on February 28, 2010.
Please note that you are still responsible for the caretaker duties through February 28, 201Q as
outlined in the lease agreement.
If necessary, the City will allow the manufactured home to remain on the property until March
31, 2010. Please let us know if you need that extra time. If we do not hear from you by
February 1, 2010, we will anticipate that you will be removing the manufactured home by
February 28, 2010. It is your responsibility to have it removed. As an alternative, you may be
able to sell the manufactured home to the new caretaker (if one has been identified) before the
manufactured home is to be removed. All of your personal property must be removed by
midnight February 28, 2010. If the home remains on the property after February 28, 2010,
please contact Patricia Crosgrove at 253-288-7437 for access.
Please return all keys no later than Sam on March 1, 2010 to me at 25 West Main Street Auburn,
WA 98001. Please let me know if you have any questions.
