A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, KING

COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A MUSEUM SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE
4
WHITE RIVER VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, KING COUNTY,
6
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are herewith
8
authorized to execute a Museum Services Agreement between the
9
CITY OF AUBURN and the WHITE RIVER VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
10
A copy of the said Agreement is attached and incorporated
11
herein by reference as if set out in full.
12
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
13
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
14
out the directives of this legislation.
