RE: Reduction of parking spaces available to MultiCare as Tenant in the Mel’s Lot
parking lease with the City of Auburn
Kristine,
The City is providing this notice to inform you of the City’s intention to reduce the number of
parking spaces available to MultiCare Health Systems (MCHS) as Tenant to the parking lease
with the City of Auburn dated March 11, 2020 and later amended. Effective May 1, 2022 the
MCHS available parking spaces will be reduced from the now current 74 spaces to the 50
parking spaces depicted in the “Exhibit to the MultiCare Health System Parking Lease, Revised
3/17/2022” attached to this notice and which said exhibit is incorporated into the lease by this
reference.
Rent, at $70.00 per parking space, plus operating costs identified in Section 3.2 of the lease will
be adjusted accordingly.
