Request for consent to sublease
Dear Landlord:
The purpose of this letter is to request the City of Auburn's consent to a proposed sublease of space by
American Tower* to Ingenu Inc., its successors, assigns, parents, affiliates, related entities and
subsidiaries (herein "Ingenu Inc") at the Site referenced above. Pursuant to Section 15 of the Lease,
American Tower is requesting the City's approval. This request in no wiry changes your relationship
with American Tower and American. Tower will continue to be responsible for performance of all
obligations under the Lease with the City. Please acknowledge your approval to this sublease to
Ingenu Inc, by signing and dating the two (2) enclosed originals as provided in the space on the
following page and returning one immediately. Please keep the other original for your records.

construction, construction approvals and approval of the sublease or license agreement (as applicable),
