The City received your e-mail notifying us that Nextel has been allowed to collocate at the above
referenced site, located at 5702 South 316°' Street, Auburn, Washington,(Pareel Number 112104-
9009).
The City does not appear to have any records of permits being issued for the installation of the
Nextel communication equipment within the Lease Area. Please forward copies of any permits
and / or approvals issued by the City for the installation of Nextel's equipment.
