As of October 1, 2012, TowerCo Assets LLC, the owner of the telecommunications tower located on your property
("Tenant"), is now an affiliate of SBA Communications Corporation and Tenant changed its name to SBA 2012 TC Assets,
LLC. SBA Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SBAC) is a leading tower owner with more than 17,000 towers
across North and Central America. Enclosed, please find all necessary documentation as proof of this name change.
Tenant will still be responsible and will be paying all rental obligations under the lease Tenant has with you, although such
payments will be made under Tenant's new name. Please complete the enclosed W-9 form and return it in the envelope
provided to the address below. Failure to complete, sign and return the W-9 form may result in Tenant being legally
obligated to garnish a portion of your rent due to IRS requirements:

In addition, an original Certificate of Insurance, naming you as the certificate holder and additional insured will be sent to
you directly from our insurance carrier for your file.
