To Whom It May Concern:
This notification letter is being issued to you as a courtesy to inform you that Verizon Wireless will be
undertaking minor maintenance work in and around its premises that is located on your property. Certain
Verizon authorized vendors will be performing this work on Verizon's behalf.
This work will be performed in full compliance with the Site Agreement and all local regulations. On site work
will occur in late 2021/early 2022. If you have any questions about this activity, please do not hesitate to contact
