for Placement of Temporary Pole for Wireless Communication Facilities at 1326 571n

Dear Mr. Johnston
The City of Auburn Community Development & Public Works Department has received your
written request for an extension of the Temporary Use Permit that was previously issued on
February 19, 2015. Pursuant to Section 18.46A.100 of the Auburn City Code, the Planning
Director or designee may grant additional time extensions upon the applicant satisfactorily
demonstrating continued compliance with all conditions of permit approval.
The City has reviewed your request with the City's Utilities and Property Management Divisions.
Your request to extend the approval for TMP14-0026 is hereby conditionally approved
subject to compliance with the conditions of approval specified below. The Planning Director's
conditional approval of the requested temporary use permit approval extension is valid only as
long as the granted temporary use is in substantial compliance with the information presented in
the temporary use application submitted on December 30 2014 and the Conditions of Approval
set forth below. Any deviations from the project description, exhibits, timing or conditions must
be reviewed and approved by the City of Auburn for conformity with this approval. Any change
from these may require approval of changes to the permit and/or environmental review.
Condition of approval No. 2 from the original Temporary Use Permit (dated February 19,
2015) is modified as follows:
"2. The duration of operation of the temporary use shall be limited to 180 days from the
date of the Gity's satisfactory final iR&PeGtiGR Gf the GGR646IGtion as "Gernplete" under th
siermwator the following period. The temporary use must end by 5:00 PM on
Friday, January 15 2016 unless an extension is requested a minimum 30 days prior
to the expiration date along with the corresponding application fee of $48.00.

Extensions are discretionary and may not be granted. Requests for permit extensions
are subject to ACC Section 18.46A.100 and shall be submitted in writing 30 calendar
days prior the469-da� to expiration.
All other previous conditions of approval from the original Temporary Use Permit remain in
effect. See the enclosed original Temporary Use Permit.
Pursuant to ACC 14.13.010 (Administrative Appeals), any administrative appeal of the project
decision, combined with any environmental determinations, which are provided by the City, shall
be filed within 14 days after the notice of the decision or after other notice that the decision has
been made and is appealable.
