All Work and materials shall conform to and be performed in accordance with these plans, and with the Standard Specifications of the City of Auburn, and the Standard Plans and Specifications for Municipal Public Works Construction (APWA) 1982 Ed. In case of conflich between specifications, the City of Auburn Standard Specifications shall take precedence. 2. All sanitary sewer pipe shall be PVC pipe, conforming to ASTM D-3034, SOR 35, with rubber gaskets. 3. Whenever these lines cross, there shall be a minimum clearance of 3 feet vertical between the lines. if this clearance cannot be maintained, then a solid length of ductile Iron sewer pipe of the same diameter as the main line shall be installed where it crosses the water line. 7. All bedding for PVC pipe shall be per the City of Auburn requirements, conforming to Sec. 61-2.02 (1981 Ed.) of the APWA Specifications. (Requires 4" under and 6" over). Select backfill may also be required pending a review of the existing soil conditions. S. All side sewer lines and risers shown for each pad are 4" PVC unless otherwise noted on these plans. 9, All cleanouts shall be installed on service connections serving more than 1 lot (See standard detail on sheet 4) 10. Contractor shall cap each riser 6" above grade for future connection. 11.
