That portion of Tract 27, White River Valley Home Tracts, according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Volume 13 of Plats, Page 17, records of King County,Washington, being more particularly
described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Tract 27;
THENCE North 00°46'36" East, 17.50 feet along the East line of said Tract 27 to the North line of
the South 17.50 feet of said Tract 27;
THENCE North 88°09'47"West, 261.55 feet to a point of tangency;
THENCE Northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 24.50 feet, through
