HomeMy WebLinkAboutAG-C-535 A4 Renewal, On-Call Utility Design, PACE----------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment No. 4 for Agreement No. AG-C-535 Pace ENG-182, Revised 08/24, Legal Review 10/18 Page 1 of 1 THE CITY OF AUBURN AND PACE AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-C-535 RELATING TO ON-CALL UTILITY DESIGN THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”), and PACE (hereinafter referred to as the “PROVIDER”). The City and Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-C-535 executed on the 7th day of December 2020. The changes to the Agreement are described as follows: 1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to December 31, 2025. 2. COMPENSATION: The fee schedule is revised per Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and by this reference made part of this agreement. REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties for AG-C-535 executed on the 7th day of December 2020, shall remain unchanged, and in full force and effect. Expert Witness Rate x 1.5 Notes: 1 All payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice. A monthly service charge of 1% will be added on all accounts older than 30 days. 2 The foregoing schedule of charges is incorporated into the agreement for the services provided effective January 1, 2025.
