The Grantor(s), Trimark-Forest Park Village LLC, a Washington limited liability
company, as to an undivided 70% and in Trimark V11, LLC, a Washington limited liability
company, as to an undivided 30% interest, as tenants in common, for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN AND NO%100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other valuable consideration, hereby
bargain, sell, and convey to the City of Auburn a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington, Grantee, the following described real property situated in King County, in the
State of Washington, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of
Eminent Domain:
The right of way land legally described on Exhibit B attached hereto containing 625
square feet, more or less, and depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto, which is a portion of the
Property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Also, the undersigned hereby requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said County to
set over to the remainder of the herein described Parcel "A" the lien of all unpaid taxes, if
any, affecting the property hereby conveyed, as provided by RCW 84.60.070.
