SIGHT DISTANCE EASEMENT
Auburn Way S. (SR 164) Hemlock to Poplar
- The Grantor(s), 3615 Auburn Way South Owners Association, a Washington non-
profit corporation, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS, and
other valuable consideration, convey(s) and grant(s) unto the City of Auburn, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, and its assigns, Grantee, under the imminent threat
of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain, an easement over, under, upon and
across the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of providing an unobstructed line of sight
for vehicular and non -motorized traffic. No sight obscuring fence, vegetation, structures, fill
materials or other object over two (2) feet in height is allowed within the easement area, except
as may be authorized in writing by the City Engineer.
Said lands being situated in King County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that
the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Auburn unless and
until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Auburn, by its authorized agent.
