A. The public can participate in-person or submit written comments in advance. Participants can submit written comments via mail, fax, or email. All written comments must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled meeting and must be 350 words or less. LEOFF 1 Member #221843 Requests approval of dental expenses in the amount of $672.30 for services received between July 11, 2023, and August 13, 2024. This claim was tabled at the December Board meeting pending further information to substantiate the requested reimbursement amount. NEW BUSINESS A. LEOFF 1 Member #230947 Requests approval of dental expenses in the amount of $256.55 for services received on November 25, 2024. B. LEOFF 1 Member #193495 Requests approval of medical expenses in the amount of$300.00 for services received on October 18, November 18, and December 9, 2024. C. LEOFF 1 Member #523842 1 Requests approval of medical expenses in the amount of $21,504.00 for long-term care services received From November 1 through November 28, 2024. 2 Requests approval of medical expenses in the amount of $10,752.00 for long-term care services received from November 29 through December 6, 2024. D. LEOFF 1 Member #378501 Requests approval of dental and medical expenses in the amount of $917.49 for services received between September 17 and November 13, 2024.
