A. The public can participate in-person or submit written comments in advance. Participants can submit written comments via mail, fax, or email. ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS, AND PRESENTATIONS A. Theater/Downtown Park Presentation Parks Director Daryl Faber presented. B. Olympic Bicycle Grant Program Presentation Recreation Coordinator Kjerstin Lange presented the bicycle program. Board member Peter DiTuri mentioned a bike repair program. Board member Wayne Osborne asked if it was possible to expand the bicycle program into North Auburn. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Welcome New Board member Cary Davidson B. Board Member Peter DiTuri is resigning from the Park Board C. Workplan for 2025 The board did not discuss this item. D. Game Farm Pedestrian Bridge The board watched a presentation video of the pedestrian bridge. E. PROS Plan Update Park Planner Thaniel Gouk discusses the PROS plan update. It was presented to the planning commission after the previous special Park Board meeting. Parks Department Director Daryl and Park Planning manager Thaniel presented the PROS Plan to City Council in October. Thaniel mentioned the park impact fee increase was adopted by the City Council. It will be adopted as an appendix to the overall city comprehensive plan in December. The board may receive physical copies if wanted.
