Once you have selected a date for the launch,please provide the required information below and return this document to Golden Shovel so we can get the process started in timely manner. I/We authorize Golden Shovel to initiate the live launch of the https://www.ecdev.auburnwa.gov/ Economic Gateway Website. I/We have chosen a target live launch initiation date of 1/14/2025 and am/are hereby notifying GSA of intent to launch. I understand that the changes connecting my domain to my new site can tape anything from 1-48 hours and have set my launch date accordingly. ElI have already provided my Domain Declaration Form at least 5 working days prior to the above launch date. • I/We have completed any preparations with regard to notifying previous service providers of my/our upcoming changes in status. • I/We have reviewed the content of the website to my/our satisfaction and have made all necessary changes or requested and confirmed that all necessary changes have been inmade on my/our behalf in order to get the site ready for live launch. • I/We approve the site to go live with its current content and in its current state.
