HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-05-2025 Notice of Public Hearing - Ordinance No. 6978CITY OF AUBURN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IS HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE that a public hearing will be held in person and virtually before the Auburn City Council at 7:00 PM, Monday, May 5, 2025, in City Hall Council Chambers, located at 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following: Ordinance No. 6978 - An Ordinance relating to adoption of a temporary 6-month moratorium on the acceptance, processinq, and/or approval of applications for Buildinq and Land Use Development Permits and related Land Use Decisions for Enerqv Storaqe System Facilities proposed to be located within the Citv of Auburn Any interested person is invited to appear in -person and express comments or opinions on the proposed Ordinance. Written comments and/or opinions may be submitted to the City of Auburn at nubliccomment(E�auburnwa.gov or mailed to the City of Auburn, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA 98001-4988. If an individual requires an accommodation to allow for remote oral comment because of a difficulty attending the public hearing in person, the City requests notice of the need for accommodation by 5:00 p.m. on May 5, 2025.
