HomeMy WebLinkAbout5826RESOLUTION NO. 5826 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS DISPOSAL WHEREAS, the City of Auburn acquired adjoining real property parcels for future right of way and utility corridor purposes; and WHEREAS, the properties were never utilized by the City; and WHEREAS, through an internal review process, the City has determined that the properties are no longer needed for municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, in light of this determination, it would be appropriate to surplus and authorize the disposal of the properties; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1. Real Properties, parcels 0521059152 and 0521059038 which are legally described in Exhibit A, being generally located north of SE 304th Street, off of 112th Avenue SE, are hereby declared as surplus. Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to dispose of the properties and to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
