APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Approval of March 4, 2025 Minutes Commissioners are asked to review minutes for the March 4, 2025 meeting. Tammy Dwight moved that the minutes be accepted as written. Commissioner Trisenda Mayfield seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. ACTION ITEMS A. 2025-26 Downtown Sculpture Gallery Arts Supervisor Allison Hyde thanks commissioners for jurying the 2025-26 sculpture gallery applications. Hyde presented all top-voted recommendations for the Auburn downtown sculpture gallery, explaining ideal locations and installation methods. Commissioners voted between alternates that would be ideal for the new pedestals at the B street plaza. Motion to approve by Commissioner Dinah Rau. Commissioner Amber Lott seconded. Motion passed unanimously. DISCUSSION ITEMS Arts Supervisor Allison Hyde invites commissioners to attend the grand opening of the Postmark Art Studios opening on April 19, 1-4PM. April performances at Postmark Page 5 of 6 include Ilana Zaks and the Seattle Opera. Postmark gallery will be hosting a closing reception for Tapestry Artists of Puget Sound, and an opening reception for Seattle Print Arts. Commissioner Carol Smetheram announced various Auburn school district plays and events in the month of April. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 5:20PM. Page 6 of 6
