ALCOHOL REGULATIONS:
1. Applicant must apply and obtain a Washington State Special Occasion License. No self-service of any type is
allowed. Personal use of privately provided alcohol is not allowed, including flasks.
2. All alcohol must be consumed within the facility and its grounds.
3. Legal responsibility for any guest's consumption of alcohol rests with the Applicant/Organization signing this
rental contract and purchasing the Special Occasion License. You can purchase your Special Occasion License
from any Washington State Liquor Store and must be submitted with this completed form.
INSURANCE,INDEMNIFICATION,AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The City does not maintain insurance that will respond to claims against the applicant arising out of the use of the
premises by the applicant, its members, or those attending the event. You are required to obtain appropriate
commercial general liability insurance,naming the City of Auburn as an additional insured on the policy with a
minimum amount of$2,000,000 per occurrence policy limits. Applicant must provide the City with a properly worded
additional insured endorsement approved by the City prior to the event's scheduled date.
The Applicant agrees to defend,indemnify and hold harmless The City,its agents,employees and officials,from
all causes of action, demands and claims, including the cost of their defense, from and against any and all
claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property arising
out of the Applicant's use of the premises, activities, or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or
suffered by Applicant in or about the premises, except for liability caused due to the sole negligence of the City.
