A. The public can participate in-person or submit written comments in advance. Participants can submit written comments via mail, fax, or email. All written comments must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled meeting and must be 350 words or less. Make a final decision before the last meeting before summer break. ACTION ITEMS APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Approve minutes from April 23, 2025, Junior Council Meeting. Vice Chair, Rowan Santos moves to approve April 23rd, 2025 minutes, motion seconded by member Erica Rios - motion passes. ADJOURNMENT Vice Chair Santos adjourned the meeting at 7:32pm.
