A. The YMCA Eviction Prevention Program Canceled Contract
Due to funding cuts, the YMCA Eviction Prevention Program has canceled their 2025-2026
contract with the City of Auburn. The Human Services Committee will discuss how to
allocate the leftover funds over the next two years.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson David Wright called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM in the Auburn City
Annex, Conference room 1, located at 1 East Main Street, Auburn, WA.
ROLL CALL
Committee Members Present - David Wright, Erica Tomas, Heather Wise, Sue Miller,
Amber Lott.
Committee Members Excused - Carmen Goers
Staff Present- Human Service Director- Kent Hay, Jody Davison, Christina Alexander

Erica Tomas moved and Sue Miller seconded to approve the minutes. Motion Carried.
B. Discussion and Approval of the June 9th Meeting Minutes
Erica Tomas moved and Heather Wise seconded to approve the minutes. Motion
carried.
ACTION ITEMS
The Human Services Committee interviewed Vacancy Candidate Ashley Samuel.
Heather Wise moved to approve Asley Samuel as the new Human Services Committee
Member.
Motion Seconded by Erica Tomas.
Motion Carried.
