That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 22 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at the intersection of the West line of said Subdivision and the North line of the South
543.50 feet of said Section 35, being the Southwest corner of Tract B of City of Auburn Boundary
Line Adjustment Number BLA22-0011, recorded under Recording Number 20240322900001,
records of King County, Washington;
THENCE North 02°05'12" East, 118.99 feet along the West line of said Tract B to the Northwest
