Also included on the Zoom call and in person (City Hall, Conference Room 3) was Civil Service Examiner Terry Mendoza. Assistant Chief Sam Betz was excused. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION A. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0 ACTION ITEMS A. Approval of the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility List Motion by Member Boatman to approve the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list dated September 3, 2025. Second by Chair Pro Tem Boyd. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0 B. Approval of the Lateral Police Officer Eligibility List Motion by Member Boatman to approve the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list dated September 4, 2025. Second by Chair Pro Tem Boyd. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0 NEW BUSINESS Examiner Mendoza provided updates on recruitment and new hires.
