A. The public can participate in-person or submit written comments in advance. Participants can submit written comments via mail, fax, or email. All written comments must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled meeting and must be 350 words or less. You will have a car to walk beside, more details to follow closer to the event. Please remember to dress for the weather, the parade happens, rain or shine. 2 November 12th, 2025 - Junior Council Meeting. Junior Council to vote on Chair and Vice-Chair positions. 3 November 26th, 2025 - No Junior Council Meeting 4 December 6th, 2025 - Santa Parade and Tree Lighting. Please rsvp to Melissa if you would like to participate. 5 December 13th, 2025 - Breakfast with Santa volunteers. There are two seatings, if you are interested in volunteering, please rsvp to Melissa. 6 December 17th, 2025 - Mayor's Holiday Open House. Member Phia Chea motioned to approve May 14th, 2025, minutes; motion seconded by Vice-Chair Rowan Santos - motion passed.
