Executive Board adoption: November 15, 2024
When SKHHP staff is notified about a project change to an awarded project prior to
contracting, staff will apply the following criteria to determine if it is an administrative,
smaller change, or a larger change that requires notification to the Executive Board.
Table 1: Criteria to Use in Determining Action on Notification to the Board
Administrative changes will be handled by SKHHP staff and the project will continue to
move forward – contracting will not be paused.
For larger changes, the following shall occur:
• SKHHP staff will notify the municipal representatives of the project location city.
• SKHHP staff will send an email to the Executive Board which describe the changes.
Absent any concerns from a majority of the Board or the city the project is located in
by a deadline provided, the project contracting will continue to move forward.
o Should there be concerns by a majority of the Board, SKHHP staff shall either
convene a special meeting of the Board to discuss the status of the award, or
the topic will be discussed at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the
Executive Board.
