THE CITY OF AUBURN AND BCRA, INC.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-C-578
RELATING TO PROJECT NO. CP2332, LEA HILL SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to
as the "CITY"), and BCRA. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "PROVIDER"). The City and
Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-C-578 executed on the 26th day of June 2024.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2026.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties
for AG-C-578 executed on the 26" day of June 2024, shall remain unchanged, and in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
