HomeMy WebLinkAboutKPFF_-AG-C-530,_A6_RENEWAL Docusign Envelope ID:CF4C5C6F-8E43-4DC1-9599-D5A46E306093 THE CITY OF AUBURN AND KPFF CONSULTING ENGINEERS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-C-530 RELATING TO ON-CALL STRUCTURAL DESIGN & STRUCTURAL DAMAGE REPAIR RECOMMENDATIONS THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and KPFF Consulting Engineers (hereinafter referred to as the "PROVIDER"). The City and Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-C-530 executed on the 16th day of November 2020. The changes to the Agreement are described as follows: 1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to July 31, 2026, so uncompleted tasks may be completed. REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties for AG-C-530 executed on the 16th day of November 2020, shall remain unchanged, and in full force and effect.
