NOTES:
• Pricing is per specifications provided by Studio Belle Interiors dated 10/20/25 and based on placing orders
within 30 days.
• All merchandise pricing includes shipping costs.
• Receive, Deliver& Debris Removal: Delivery company will receive merchandise into their warehouse. At an
agreed upon date, all furniture will be delivered to Project. Delivery company will unbox furniture, provide
front-door delivery and debris removal. No final placement of furniture within the building is included.
Owner is responsible for receiving and final furniture placement using their own equipment. Delivery pricing
includes 1 delivery trip to the Project and installation during regular business hours. Should additional trips
be required, additional costs would apply.
• Pricing is based on merchandise & quantities in this Proposal. Proposal revisions, including quantity
changes or deletions, may require pricing adjustment.
• Furniture lead times vary. An estimated installation date will be provided after orders are placed and ship
dates can be confirmed.
• 50% Deposit payment is required to place orders.
