Sewer, Drainage, Electrical,Gas,CATV, and Telephone which easements lie within this short subdivision,and are represented graphically-on the record of survey recorded under auditor's file number: 970221900 1 THE FOLLOWING COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THIS EASEMENT' 1. That the purpose of said easements is for ingress,egress.utilities.drainage.public utilities and the construction, use and maintenance thereof. 2. That the maintenance costs of the road, roadway area,and road easement shall be equally allocated and apportioned by and between each lot represented by each lot's respective lot owner of the short subdivision.
