THE CITY OF AUBURN AND MAKERS ARCHITECTURE & URBAN DESIGN,
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
RELATING TO AUBURN DESIGN STANDARDS UPDATE
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to
as the "CITY"), and MAKERS ARCHITECTURE & URBAN DESIGN (hereinafter referred to as
the "PROVIDER"). The City and Provider agree to amend AUBURN DESIGN STANDARDS
UPDATE as executed on the 14TH day of JULY 2025.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended
to December 31, 2026.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties
for the AUBURN DESIGN STANDARDS UPDATE executed on the 14TH day of JULY 2025,
shall remain unchanged, and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
