RELEASE OF LIEN OF AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF FEE IN LIEU
The City of Auburn ("City"), a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, in coordination
Nvith Alexandria Tubbs and Logan Wood, Property Owners of the subject real property identified herein,
filed a Repayment Agreement for Fee in Lien of Improvements with the King County Auditor under
Auditor Recording No. 20241007000614, recorded on October 7, 2024 (the "Agreement"), upon the real
property con-unonly described as: 107 N Street NE, Auburn,, WA 98002, and legally described as
follows:
LOT 6, BLOCK B, WITTS FIRST ADDITION TO AUBURN;
EXCEPT THE NORTH 3 FEET OF THE EAST 75 FEET
THEREOF;
ALSO THE SOUTH 4 FEET OF THE WEST 57 FEET OF LOT 5,
BLOCK B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
IN VOLUME 21 OF PLATS, PAGE 21, IN KING COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
SITUATE IN THE CITY OF AUBURN, COUNTY OF KING,
STATE OF WASHINGTON.
King County Assessor's Tax Parcel Number 949920-015 1.
Now, therefore, for valuable consideration, the City of Auburn hereby acknowledges full
satisfaction of all obligations under the Agreement and waives, relinquishes, and releases its lien,
covenant,. or encumbrance against the above -described real property.
