Removal of three existing equipment
foundations and installation of two new
equipment foundations,associated with
two new replacement Spar Mills,
located entirely inside the 17-06 Build-
ing at The Boeing Company, Auburn,
WA site. Location: The project site is
located at 700 15th Street SW Auburn,
WA at the Boeing Company property
within the entirety of the structure on
parcel 2421049069. The building is
directly adjacent to the former GSA
site now referred to as Auburn 18.

Development Regulations: This pro-
posal Is subject to and shall be consis-
tent with the Auburn City Code, Com-
prehensive Plan, and Public Works
Design and Construction Standards.
SEPA Environmental Review:The City
of Auburn has reviewed the proposed
protect for probable adverse environ-
mental impacts and expects to issue a
determination of nonsignificance
(DNS) for this protect.This determina-
tion is based on the following findings
and conclusions:The proposal is for the
removal of three existing equipment
foundations and installation of two new
equipment foundations,associated with
two new replacement Spar Mills,
located entirely inside the 17-06 Build- .
ing at The Boeing Company, Auburn,
WA site. All work is conducted inside
the 17-06 building,therefore no impacts
associated with erosion are predicted.
All trucks removing the existing spar
mill foundations and soil material will
be tarped prior to leaving the building.
The optional DNS process in WAC 197-
11-355 is being used. This may be your
only opportunity to comment on the
environmental impacts of the proposed
protect. The following conditions have
been Identified that may be used to mit-
igate the adverse environmental
impacts of the proposal: No additional
mitigation measures are required.Lead
Agency: City of Auburn. The lead
agency for this proposal has deter-
mined that it does not have probable
significant adverse impact on the envi-
ronment. An environmental Impact
statement (EIS) is not required under
RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision
was made after review of a completed
environmental checklist and other
information on file with the lead
agency.This information is available to
the public on request. Public Comment
Period:This may be your only opportu-
nity to comment on the environmental
impact of the proposal.All persons may
comment on this application.Comments
must be in writing and submitted by
5:00 p.m. on January 26, 2026 to the
mailing address of 25 W Main St.,
Auburn, WA, 98001 or emailed to the
contact below. Any person wishing to
become a party of record,shall include
in their comments that they wish to
receive notice of and participate in any
hearings, if relevant, and request a
copy of decisions once mode. Any
person aggrieved of the City's determi-
nation may file on appeal with the
Auburn City Clerk at 25 West Main
Street,Auburn,WA 98001-4998 within 14
days of the close of the comment
period,or by 5:00 p.m. on February 9,
