CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair, Rowan Santos, calls the meeting to order at 7:06pm.

A. The public can participate in -person or submit written comments in advance.
Participants can submit written comments via mail, fax, or email. All written comments
must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled meeting and must be

If an individual requires accommodation to allow for remote oral comment because of a
difficulty attending a meeting of the governing body, the City requests notice of the need

A. Administrative Updates
Vice Chair Santos read Administrative Updates.
Pride at the Farmers Market: Sunday, June 29th, 2025, from 10am to
10:30am. Please rsvp to Melissa Bailey if you would like to attend and/or
speak at the event.
2 Juneteenth: Sunday, June 29th, 2025, from 10am to 4pm - If you are
interested in volunteering, please reach out to Melissa for details.
B. Updates from Deputy Mayor
DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Auburn Junior City Council Code
Discuss updating code.
Membership was discussed. Plan to discuss further at the next Junior Council meeting.
Make a final decision before the last meeting before summer break.
ACTION ITEMS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes from April 23, 2025, Junior Council Meeting.
Vice Chair, Rowan Santos moves to approve April 23rd, 2025 minutes, motion
seconded by member Erica Rios - motion passes.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair Santos adjourned the meeting at 7:32pm.
