Member Lawand Muhsen called the meeting to order at 7:03pm

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
A. The public can participate in -person or submit written comments in advance.
Participants can submit written comments via mail, fax, or email. All written comments
must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled meeting and must be
350 words or less.

If an individual requires accommodation to allow for remote oral comment because of a
difficulty attending a meeting of the governing body, the City requests notice of the need
for accommodation by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled meeting. Participants

ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS, AND PRESENTATIONS
A. Administrative Updates
November 8th, 2025 - Veterans Day Parade. Thank you to everyone who
volunteered. You will have a car to walk beside, more details to follow
closer to the event. Please remember to dress for the weather, the parade
happens, rain or shine.
2 November 12th, 2025 - Junior Council Meeting. Junior Council to vote on
Chair and Vice -Chair positions.
3 November 26th, 2025 - No Junior Council Meeting
4 December 6th, 2025 - Santa Parade and Tree Lighting. Please rsvp to
Melissa if you would like to participate.
5 December 13th, 2025 - Breakfast with Santa volunteers. There are two
seatings, if you are interested in volunteering, please rsvp to Melissa.
6 December 17th, 2025 - Mayor's Holiday Open House. Please join the
Mayor for food, festivities, and fun.
7 December 24th, 2025 - No Junior Council Meeting

A. Approve Minutes from June 25, 2025, Junior Council Meeting.
Member Erica Rios moved to approve June, 25 2025, meeting minutes, motion second
by Oliver Nguyen; motion passed
