PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE 2025 ANNUAL
ACTION PLAN
Public Comment was opened at 4:07 pm and closed at 4:10 pm. No one came forward
to speak at the hearing and no communication was received prior to the meeting.
A. A public hearing to consider the proposed amendment to the 2025 Annual
Action plan for the purpose of including an emergency food distribution activity.

It was moved by Board Member Sue Miller, seconded by David Wright, to approve the
October 27th, 2025 Meeting Minutes.

B. Discussion and Approval of the 2nd Amendment of the October 13th Special
Meeting Minutes
It was moved by Board Member Sue Miller, seconded by David Wright, that the
Committee approve the Amended October 13th, 2025 Special Meeting Minutes

SCHEDULE FOR UPCOMING MEETINGS
The December 22nd, 2025 meeting will be canceled due to the upcoming holiday. The
next regularly scheduled meeting will be held January 26th, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Human Services Committee, it was
moved by David Wright, seconded by Amber Lott to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm.
