representative of The Seattle Times Company, publisher of The
Seattle Times of general circulation published daily in King and
Snohomish Counties, State of Washington. The Seattle Times has
been approved as a legal newspaper by orders of the Superior Court
of King and Snohomish Counties.
The notice, in the exact form annexed, was published in the regular
and entire issue of said paper or papers and distributed to its

INVITATION FOR BIDS
CITY OF AUBURN
PROJECT NO. CP2419'
CONTRACT NO. 26-06
CITY PARKING LOT REPLACEMENT
The Office of the City Clerk will receive
sealed bids at the Auburn City Hall, 25
West Main Street, Auburn, Washington
until 11:00 AM PT on March 11, 2026,
and will then and there be opened and
Publicly read aloud at the City Hall in a
virtual setting All bids shall be filed
with the City Clerk on or before the
time set for bid Opening.
The major items of work Include the
demolition of the existing building and
drive thro, construction of new parking
lot, replacement of sidewalk and curb
ramps along lst St NE and Auburn
Avenue, storm drainage and sewer lines
the alley. The Proposed bid range far
the project is from $1,200,000 to
$1,500,000. The entire Protect, including
cleanup, shall be physically completed
within 35 working days The Project is
funded by City of Auburn monies.
All bid proposals Shall be accompanied
by a bid deposit In cash, certified
check, cashier's check or proposal bond
(surety bond) In on amount equal to
five percent (5%) of the amount of such
bid proposal. Should the successful
bidder fail to enter Into such Contract
and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond
within the time stated in the Bid Doco.
