of Application (NOA) for the following

A preliminary short plat application
has been submitted to subdivide a
2.95-acre property into six residential
lots, two private roads,and two tracts
The site is zoned R-2 (Residential
Low), which permits up to seven
dwelling units per acre. The proposed
lot sizes range from 4,895 to 8,218
square feet. Access to the new lots will
be provided via two new private road-
ways. "Road A" will connect the subdi-
vision to the public right-of-way at
118th Ave SE,while"Road B"will inter-
sect Road A and extend north-south
through the development. The proposal
also includes two tracts: "Tract A," a
shored access tract, and "Tract B," a
Wetland/open space tract containing a
Type Ns stream, a Category III wet-
land, and the associated buffers. The
existing single-family residence and
accessory structures will be demol-
ished to allow for construction. Each
newly created lot Is proposed to contain
a duplex structure. Water and sanitary
sewer service will be provided by the
