City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of
Public Hearing (NOH) for the following Customer No: 184
described project The project applica-
tion and listed studies may be reviewed PO it
by contacting the Department of Com-

auburnwa.gov or by visiting
www.auburnwa.gav/landuse. Proposal
This proposal is a nonproiect action to
update the City of Auburn's Critical
Areas Ordinance (CAO), contained
within Chapter 16.10 ACC 'Critical
Areas'. This is a follow-on action to the
2024 Periodic Comprehensive Plan
update required under the Growth Man-
agement Act (GMA) The GMA requires
local jurisdictions to designate and pro-
tect critical areas using best available
science (BAS) when developing policies
and development regulations. This
update ensures Auburn's CAO is consis-
tent and compatible with current Best
Available Science. Location: City-wide
