Public Participation
None given.
Introduction of New Members
Economic Development Manager introduced Trevor Schneckloth from Mando's Disc Golf and
Rachel Perry the Executive Director of the Auburn Symphony Orchestra.
Elect Chair and Vice Chair
John Rottle was elected Chair and Ron Roberts was elected Vice Chair.
Approval of Minutes
Approval of December 2024 Minutes.
Discussion items
Economic Development Manager gave the Financial Report BIA Budget Update.
Action Items
The Committee voted to approve the Downtown Auburn Cooperative 2025 Contract
unanimously.
Economic Development Manager Jenn Francis asked for funding a Friday Night event series
to be held downtown in the amount of $18,000. The Committee asked to come back with
details about costs. No Vote.
Announcements, Reports and Presentations
President of the Downtown Auburn Cooperative, Stephanie Cox, gave a presentation for the
DAC's plans for 2025.

Chair Rottle Adjourned the meeting at 2:17 p.m.
