Financial Report
Economic Development Manager Jenn Francis provided the Financial Report.
Action Items
Mayor Backus presented a request for$16,500 Funding Request for Downtown Friday Night
Events. - Item was approved unanimously.
Cheryl Rakes presented a request for funding to Downtown Auburn Cooperative in the
amount of$5,000 to assist Street Closure awareness for the downtown businesses. - Item
was removed from vote at the request of Executive Director Rakes.
Real Estate Manager Josh Amdt presented a funding request for$5,000 to increase the
number of hours for the Downtown Helper program. Funding will allow an additional 5 hours
a week. - Item was approved unanimously.
Discussion Item
Economic Development Coordinator Emerson Folker presented information about Eat Local
Mondays & Food Trucks on Tuesdays.
Announcements and Presentations
Board President gave an update regarding Downtown Auburn Cooperative events.
