OPMA Requirements Presentation —Shawn Campbell
City Clerk Shawn Campbell presented requirements regarding the Open Public Meeting Act.
Downtown Sub Area Plan Presentation —Steve Sturza
Assistant Director Steve Sturza presented information regarding the proposed Update
Downtown SubArea Plan.
Downtown Auburn Cooperative Update - Stefanie Cox/Cheryl Rakes
Cheryl Rakes presented an update on programs and events coordinated by the Downtown
Auburn Cooperative.
Contract Exhibit C requires update on all DAC Committees.

Financial Report BIA Budget Update - Jenn Francis
Economic Development Manager Jenn Francis shared the current financial information of the
BIA allotted budget of $90,000.
