Call to Order— Chair Rottle 1:00 p.m.
Board Roll Call —Jenn Francis
Present: Chair John Rottle, Vice Chair Ron Roberts, Giovanni DiQuattro, Rachel Perry and
Trevor Schneckloth
Public Participation
Participants can submit written comments via mail,fax, or email. All written comments must be
received prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled meeting and must be 350 words or
less. — None provided.
No modification allowed due to Special Meeting requirements.
Financial Report
Economic Development Manager Jenn Francis shared the current financial information of the
BIA allotted budget of$90,000.
Discussion
A discussion was held regarding the budget for 2026. It was determined that the committee
was most comfortable with having the Downtown Auburn Cooperative make proposals for
events and programs that they would like to have financially supported by the BIA Committee
at the next committee meeting.
