PUBLIC PARTICIPATION No member from the public was present on the call or in person. ROLL CALL Present on the Zoom call included Chair John Boatman, Member David Boyd, and Chief of Police Mark Caillier. Present in City Hall, Conference Room 3, were Examiner Pro Tem Melissa Medisch and HR Coordinator Chardae Gillespie. Member David Menke was excused.
