NOTICE OF APPLICATION (NOA)
Auburn Valley Collision Special Excep-
tion City File No. VAR26-0003. The City
of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Appli-
cation (NOA) for the following
described project. The project applica-
tion and listed studies may be reviewed
by contacting the Department of Com-
munity Development at planning@
auburnwa.gov or by visiting
www.ouburnwo.gov/londuse. Proposal:
A special exception requested to
enlarge the nonconforming office struc-
ture at the site from the existing -floor
area of 750 square feet. The special
exception may authorize an expansion
of up to 25% of nonconforming use or
structure on site. The special exception
may permit an enlarged building area
to accommodate offices for staff, a
kitchen / breakroom, bathroom, and a
front lobby and greeting area. Loca-

Way N between the intersections of 35th
