This RELEASE OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of Auburn, a Washington
Municipal, (the"City") as authorized by Auburn City Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
RECITALS:
1. As part of its Hyundai Service Center on Lot `B', CITY OF AUBURN LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT NO. LLA-05-003 AS RECORDED UNDER KING COUNTY
RECORDING NO. 20050310000499 (the "Property"), Grantors granted an Easement to
City that allows for fire hydrant and water facility crossing property in Auburn,Washington
which is recorded under King County Recording No. 9402021593.
2. Clary Auburn RE,LLC is the current owner of the Property and has requested that the
Easement be released.
3. The City has determined that the Fire Hydrant and Water Easement is in excess
of City needs and should be released.
RELEASE:
Grantor releases and forever abandons the Easement recorded under King County
Recording No. 9402021593.
