this reference
situated in the county of King, state of Washington.
It is the intention of the parties that, notwithstanding the fact that the benefit of the easement and rights herein
granted and the fee underlying the easement are now or may hereafter be owned by the same person or entity,
the easement and rights in each case created hereby shall not merge into such fee.
