NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been instituted and is now pending in
15
the Superior Court of the State of Washington for King County upon the Summons and Petition
— 16 of the City of Auburn against Respondents Thomas C. Erath, Joyce A. Erath, husband and wife,
17 and the martial community composed thereof. The object of this action is to condemn,
18 appropriate, take, and damage certain property for public purpose, i.e., the City's construction
19 of a new single-lane roundabout at the intersection of R Street SE and 21st Street SE. This
action affects title to real property situated in King County, Washington, King County Tax
20
Parcel Number 192105-9177, commonly known as 1540 21st Street SE, Auburn, King County,
21 Washington, 98002, and legally described as follows:
22 That portion of the Southeast '/ of the Southeast '/ of Section 19, Township
21 North, Range 5 East W.M., in King County, Washington, described as
23 follows:
24 BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said subdivision;
25 THENCE Westerly, along the Northerly line thereof, 264 feet;
THENCE Southerly, parallel to the Easterly line of said subdivision, 330 feet;

to the Easterly line of said subdivision;

beginning;
3 EXCEPT the Northerly 30 feet thereof conveyed to King County for road by
4 deed recorded under Recording No. 2540140;
EXCEPT the East 20 feet for street;
5 EXCEPT the Southerly 30 feet thereof conveyed to the City of Auburn for
road by deed recorded under Recording No. 4808689;
6 AND ALSO EXCEPT that portion conveyed to the City of Auburn by deed
