MENT The City of Auburn is issuing a Order No: 116293
Notice of Public Hearing (NOH) for the
following described application. The Customer No: 184
application and listed studies may be
reviewed by contacting the Department
of Community Development at planning PO#:
@auburnwa.gov or by visiting
www.auburnwa.gov/landuse. Proposal:
The proposal is a non-project action to
update the City of Auburn's Auburn
Gateway Zoning Code (C-AG Zone) to
introduce light industrial uses as per-
missible uses within the zone. Loca-
tion: The proposed changes will affect
the Copper Gate Plaza and Auburn
Gateway Zone which is in the northern-
most area of the City of Auburn,
between South 277th Street and 49th
Street NE and with D St NE intersect-
ing the project area. This is a small
portion of a larger project area
referred to as the Northeast Auburn

ble significant adverse Impact on the
environment. This decision was made
after review of a completed environ-
mental checklist and other information
on file with the lead agency. This infor-

request. Public Comment Period: All

submitted by 5:00 p.m. on July 7, 2026,
