The City of Auburn Independent Salary Commission will hold a Special Meeting at
10:00 am on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Auburn City Hall, 25 W Main St. Auburn, WA
98001, Conference Room 3. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss:
• PUBLIC COMMENT
• APPROVAL OF MINUTES
o Approval of the April 17, 2026, Meeting Minutes
• DISCUSSION ITEMS
o Discussion of the Commission's philosophy for determining salary
adjustments
• ACTION ITEMS
o Review and possible amendment of the criteria for identifying comparable
jurisdictions in accordance with ACC 2.08.050, Section I, and ISC Rules of
Procedure, Section 4.3
